COVID-19 Protocols

Our Safety Protocols:

Dr. Sabahi is vaccinated as of February 21, 2021
Temperature check upon entry and COVID-19 questionnaire of symptoms to detect those who may be infected before entry into the facility. Those with possible symptoms or fever will have to reschedule for a later date.
We are by-appointment-only, to limit contact within the office, and we adhere to a minimum of six feet of personal space within the office as per CDC guidelines.
Patient forms that don't require a signature can be completed online through our patient portal to limit your time at the office and minimize contact.
We utilize proper sanitation techniques to disinfect all objects and surfaces that a patient comes in contact with during their visit.
We provide hand sanitizer and require face masks (provided if needed) for patients and staff at all times while at the facility.
We have touch-free payment options to avoid unnecessary contact when available.
We ask patients to remain in their car until their appointment time, and we offer curbside pickup for glasses and contact lenses.
