Dr. Sadaf Sabahi

Dr. Sabahi is a native Oregonian and has been practicing optometry since 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University of Oregon. Areas of special interest:
pediatrics, keratoconus, and ocular disease Management including glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and dry eye. She holds a strong interest in multifocal contact lens fitting and ortho-keratology.

Evaluation of cataracts and to determine if you need cataract surgery.

Routine Wellness Exam

Evaluation of eye health and to get checked for glasses and a comprehensive scan of your retina and optic nerve to rule out an array of eye conditions.

Contact Lens Exam and Fitting

Evaluation for contact lenses and to renew your contact lens prescription as required annually by the FDA. We also offer training for those who have not previously had contact lenses.

Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration Management

Evaluation and treatment of the above conditions with a dilation and retinal scanning or noninvasive imaging.

Keratoconus Scleral and Hybrid Contact Lens Exam

Evaluation and treatment with medically necessary contact lenses to restore vision in patients with irregular corneas.

Computer Vision Syndrome Treatment

Evaluation of symptoms related to computer and digital device use.

Diabetic Eye Exam

Evaluation of the vasculature in the eye for evidence of diabetes type 1 and type 2, as required by Primary Care Physicians.

LASIK Consultation

Evaluation of candidacy for LASIK or other forms of corrective eye surgery.

Dry Eye Management and Treatment

Evaluation and treatment of dry eye syndrome.

Pediatric and Ortho-K Exams

Evaluation of eye health and check for glasses for children age 3 and up. Determination of candidacy for ortho-K for myopia control in children.
